This particular entry was interesting to me because it also speaks to our industry in how social networking sites can serve as communication tools between customers and sales agents. We all have to change as the world changes and sometimes radical ideas truely work. The social media scene is one of the best ways to connect with clients because you can interact with them at a better level and it is much more personable. The greatest tool in sales is obviously the relationship you create with the client and the more important they feel their opinion is the more they will open up so you can focus on giving quality service and effectively improving.

Apart from traditional ways these days most of the marketers use viral marketing. I came across a website named www.how2talk2.com. What it does is it allows people to write article about their products and services for free. By this way you get a better chance of marketing your product online.

Viral marketing is fast spreading in this internet era and quite effective.
