You have a new product your sales staff needs to be trained on now! The product information you need to share with your sales staff is in several sections of your website, on a market research company website, and on site for Federal statistics. No problem, you could set up a training linkinar in 15 minutes.
It's simple. First, locate the pages on the three websites you want to share and copy the web page URLs (internet address viewed at the top of your browser). Paste the URLs onto a Word document. Now put the links in the order you want to talk about them in. Now you can either have that list of links posted on a website page or forward the links to your staff in an e-mail.
After you get everyone on a group phone call direct them tot her first link. Make the points you want to make and move to next link until you are done.
This will not look nearly as professional as a webinar but for training, in some ways, it is more functional. As your staff visits the list of links they are getting familiar the actual posted data as well as where to find the content on the web.
Should they need to access this or similar content themselves for a sales proposal, they will have gained a web page by page level of familiarly.
